In 2008, Dr. Virgil Mongalo and his wife Janine, founded a private teaching institute where licensed dentists from all 50 States could operate on underprivileged people that otherwise could never afford to replace their loss dentition.

We have carried out this important mission to five live implant training Institutes in Latin America. All extractions, bone grafting abs implant placement are provided free of cost to the patients.

During the past 13 years we have operated on 30,000 patients, donated over 75,000 implants, restored 3,000 over-dentures, 1,500 hybrids and 38,000 single zirconia crowns.

In July 2023 we will be opening our doors to Beautiful Smiles Non-profit organization. This new institute is located in Kissimmee, Florida, 30 minutes away from Orlando and Walt Disney Parks.
